Welcome to the Living Quest podcast! It's our first episode so bear with us as we navigate this super brand new medium known as podcasting. We are really hoping it catches on. It's doubtful that podcasts will become popular, but we are going to try.
Our focus this episode is the stigma behind mental health issues, going from just lip service to actual action. We also discuss finding the right resource for you and how inherently important that is in your own mental health journey. Finally, we have some fun and discuss our own toxic traits. We hope you will stick with us!
